ORDERING AND SHIPPING

We ship to all international destinations

For International shipping costs are a flat rate of $50 AUD, taxes may be incurred by the purchaser. The FREE DELIVERY offer does not apply to international and some remote location orders. International orders may incur taxes and duties locally and the purchaser is responsible for these costs. Delivery times are 6 – 15 business days. Australian rates: FREE Shipping applies for orders over $120. STANDARD Shipping (Australia Post) $15 – if the order is under $120. Express Post Shipping (Australia Post) $20 – on all orders. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We have a 14-day return policy for both Australian and International order, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lifesopeche.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return costs are to be covered by the customer unless it has been a mistake on our end. For International returns a $40 AUD fee may incur for handling and shipping.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Unfortunately, once an order has been made you cannot cancel the order, alternatively you can contact us at hello@lifesopeche.com to chat with our customer service team and we will be glad to assist you on your request.

If the item has already been shipped to you, please allow a few days for the delivery then you can email our customer service team at hello@lifesopeche.com and we will be happy to assist you with your request.

Usually within a few minutes depending on how many requests we are dealing with at the time a maximum wait time of 30 – 45mins.

Yes, all are mail bags are compostable and zip lock bags biodegradable

We are environmentally conscious, and we support the removal of plastic waste on our earth. All our packaging is made from recyclable materials.

TRACKING ORDERS

Tracking is through Australia Post, as soon as your order is shipped you will get a confirmation email from Australia Post with your tracking information.

INCORRECT ORDER

In the event you receive your order with an item/s missing please reach out to our customer service team at hello@lifesopeche.com and we will be more than glad to assist you with this. The return fee for a mistake made will be incurred by us.

If you notice this immediately after you have placed your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing customer service at the hello@lifesopeche.com with your order number and we will be able to assist you with this. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, please reach out to Australia Post regarding this.
